Okay, I don't know WHAT is up with Blogger today, but the pictures are all wacky and out of order. So, after about an hour of fiddling with it, I'm just gonna be happy. July 15th, 2011 - Our wonderful Ruby turned the big ONE. We spent most of the day at a fabulous park in North Carolina where she took a train ride, rode the carousel, picnicked, and played her little heart out. The birthday itself was fairly low-key. I'm not huge on big birthday bashes for one-year olds. I'm pretty sure it freaks them out. So she had donuts (note the picture of her blowing out the candle-I was impressed she knew just what to do) and presents that were suitcase-friendly (mostly books and binkys). Happy birthday my beautiful, smiley, happy, funny, perfect, wonderful baby girl. You are so loved!
