Patchy

Noelle's preschool trip to the pumpkin patch.

She is the sweetest.  I was so mad when someone had absconded with hers and Ruby's pumpkins from our front porch.  Grrrr.

Noelle and her best buds, Lilly and Brooklyn.

I asked her to take care of Ruby on the ride.  She takes her role as big sister very seriously.

Getting Schooled

You know how some moms have like all this time and stuff and they gussy up their kids and get cute little picture frames or chalk boards or even just type things up super cutey font on their computers to commemorate the first day of whatever grade their kids are in?  Yeah, I'm not one of those moms.  I'm more like, wear whatever you want, I'm not gonna fight you on it.  I'm too tired and I don't have time.  (Except when it comes to brushing teeth, I'm like a Natzi.  Brushing will make you free of every thing else.  Just do it!)  So, when my kids went off to their first day of school in 2012, I had already sent them out the door and then thought, "Dang!  I should at least do something."  Hence, the sheet of plain white computer paper, written in an ink pen that was starting to lose ink and my kids wearing whatever the heck makes them feel good.

The Angry Birds t-shirt was a hit.

Last year of preschool.  Sniff.

Somebody wanted a turn.

This was the schooling she got.

Some of This

Since I'm catching up on the last...oh...year, I'm putting in some of this and that that we did in the summer.

Some sweet rapids.  Hey look!  My sister and my nephews live here now too.  Life is sweet and too short to live far away.

Some Easy Bake Oven concoctions.

Some sweet accessories.

Some lovin'.

Some lazy river.

Some burning our feet on the pavement.

Some water sliding.

Some sexy posing.  With some farmer tanning.

Oh my gosh!   Some smiling you can't even handle.

Some cheesiness.

Swim Lessons in the USA

We tried a new place for swim lessons this year since their old teacher was out of the country.  This one was closer, had a fun water slide and sold snow cones for 25 cents.  Score!  I love Noelle's swim suit so much.
