19 Months In the Making
In case you can't tell what I'm saying in the video . . .
Noelle's birth father did not appear in court today, his rights are terminated, and we are about a month away from being sealed in the temple!!!! This is the news I've been waiting nearly a year to receive. I thought the months and days surrounding the birth of a baby was tough (not knowing if the birth mom would change her mind last minute), but now I know having and loving your baby and not knowing if someone would take her away is even harder. All I can say is, Heavenly Father was watching out for us/her and PHEW!!!!!!!!! How are we going to celebrate, you ask? Well, tomorrow we are on our way to Utah to buy a minivan. Awwwww yeah boyee!
Let's get your vote. Should we buy the 2003 Honda Odyssey EX-L, 43K miles with leather seats and dual power sliding doors or the 2005 Toyota Sienna CE with 30K miles and stow and go seating?????

I have a 2002 and I still love it even if I wish it were newer. You will not regret it. My sister in law who was SO against a minivan now loves her Honda.

I love that sweet little girl! that's a tough call on the cars, they are both really nice, so i would say pick what ever one you get the best deal on...and which color you like :) you can't go wrong with a toyota or honda. sorry not much help in deciding on that one!

And as far as my vote, I say get the Odyssey for sure! We love our Odyssey so much and the automatic doors are the best. Our friends have a newer Toyota and I have to say I like our van better. Of coarse you can't go wrong with either really! Good luck.
OOOOEEEEEE! Best news ever. We thoroughly tested both, and decided on the Honda. The Sienna was a close 2ndh, though. Make sure you take both of them off some sweet jumps before deciding.

As for the van, let us know what you decide and like because we are making the big van switch to either a Honda or Toyota after the first of the year and are undecided as to what to get. Congrats again!
I, Bryan, actually am a bigger fan of the Odyssey. I realize you have already bought the van, but I just thought I would share my opinion. As a buyer and seller of automobiles I would say not to pay more than $12,000 for the Odyssey or more than $15,000 for the Sienna. Hope all goes well. Congrats too!

I was just wondering about the sealing. I am so happy for you and your family that it will all come to a wonderful close and you can be sealed in the temple. What a wonderful day for you. What ever you buy get the extened warrenty, it comes in handy on a used car.
