In the midst of finals, packing, trips to Idaho, caring for my kids, doctor's appointments, book clubs, Church callings, selling cars, finalizing our life in Oregon, and other general day-to-day stuff, I decided to make Noelle a crib set for her new room in Idaho. I've had the fabric for a while. I made my own pattern and it took me a LONG time to work it all out since I was running out of fabric for the skirt (and I'd only have about 2 minutes without interruption with which to measure and do the math in my head). I ended up patching pieces together for the skirt, but I'm hoping no one will give it any close scruitiny. How'd you like my mad skills? I've made a minkydot blanket, a skirt and bumper. I still need to make some curtains (I'm hoping I can get back to the fabric store before we move) and I need matching sheets (notice the baseball ones currently gracing the photo?), but I'm pretty happy with the results.9.19.2008

That is the cutest bedding, I love the fact NO one else will have it.
Where did you get those skills?
YOu need to demonstrate how you did it, did you take pics along the way?
You could sell them in boutiques.
Very cute! I love brown and turquoise.
WOW! I think it is pretty impressive! You are truly talented! I am so happy for the four of you. Best wishes. I hate that we haven't seen more of eachother in our "adult" years. Chad was my most bestest childhood friend. Some of my favorite memories are with him. What a goof! I'm so glad that you have this blog so atleast I can see what you all are up to. I truly wish the best for your family. I can't believe I haven't even met Noelle. She is so beautiful. I better get Christmas Cards!!!
Love you tons!
