We received a package in the mail last week from Sam's birth family. Inside we found a gift for Sam (darling snowman pajamas, a book and ornament). But also, we found beautiful, hand-made stockings for the entire family. Each fully lined with our initials stitched on the front. They are absolutely gorgeous--the picture does not do them justice. The best part of all (aside that they were hand-made with love), was the extra stockings with additional fabric ready for an initial of their own when more sweet babies join our happy family. Sam is truly the luckiest boy on earth to have so many people who love him.12.10.2007

No, she's married now. But we're talking with another birth mom--maybe that's the mix up.
That is so sweet. I really had to hold back the tears.
